110 long action question

I have a opportunity to buy a 110 w/accu, stock & trigger , and scope, 30-06 for $300.00 !!. I have a question ! can I re-barrel, and bolt face change to say something like 300 WinMag ? if not, what can I change it to that is more entrusting the 30-06 ? (I already have 2)
