Anyone shoot 110Accu-Bonds or 115 Bergers in .257 Weatherby? What's the go to powder? My Chamber don't have the long "Weatherby Throat" Just looking for some starting loads or pointers.

I don't shoot either of those bullets, sorry. I shoot the 115 Nosler BT's out of mine with RL-22. I get better accuracy with the RL-22 than I do with the RL-25.

I still have a couple of boxes of the discontinued Berger 110 MEF's in .257, those were good varmint bullets out of a 25 wssm I used to have. If you can find some of those around, they do some fun things to varmints.

I did have a fellow at Berger tell me that they can do a custom run of those bullets, as they keep all the tooling on hand, but it will take an order of 10,000 bullets minimum for them to set it up.

:o :o

I don't like them THAT much!

.

Use the Nosler Partitions and Swift A-frames for prairie dogs in my 257 Weatherby.

No experience with the Bergers or Accu-Bonds in it.
