What rings and bases are you guys using...been 700 guys forever always used leupold on them...what is a good pick for my long range hunter?

Depends really how much you want to spend. I've been satisfied with EGW 20 MOA bases and vortex precision rings.

I don't know that it matters, they all work fine.

I am partial to Warne, good local supply and usually don't have to order.

They have a fit the rifle calculator on line you can use to pick the higher and it gives you PN for a given rifle for the mounts and rings.
