Folks, I don't snipe so's I entered thru the front door. I'm a long time hunter, reloader and gun nut! Owning my first ever twice over Savage gives me cause to listen in and learn. I bought this 116 for 400 from a young man who never shot a full box out of it. Later traded it for a rifle that was work in progress. This same rifle came back bout the same condition with maybe a box of rounds thru it. I live in a population of like 200 people so not surprising to see it again. This time I got it for the offer I gave him..$320. He wanted more and told him nope. So here I am destined to be a Savage owner, handling that rifle causes me to sense excitement of use down the road.
