I think you are missing a 0, it should be 26.95 per 1,000 and 177 per 10,000

Thats crazy.... I think the shortage is starting to end !!! the dealer here in Eastern NC that I am not boycotting has most CCI's in stock for the first time in 9 months and the prices were pretty much in line 32.00/1000 for standard and magnum and 50.00/1000 for BR2.... Winchesters are starting to show up at another dealer at a very reasonable price..........

I started my boycot of the one crook when he started asking $80.00/1000 for BR2 and said that he had got them at GRAF's and that was just after I had pick some at the Graf's Outlet for $42.00/1000 while on a road trip

Sorry- I paid $177.22 for 5000 MY BAD

I fixed the rest of this post. Looks like I got 5000 instead of 1000 when I ordered 1000

And now you all know why I took the summer off from shooting other than a review gun or two. Have about 1,000 each of large and small primers left, and I have no intention of having to replenish my stock while the prices are as inflated as they are.

Wow, I opened the shipping label/ invoice and saw $177, and freaked. Didn't open the box and see that it was 5000 primers till last nite. I guess that wasn't too bad for today's issues.

Who da thunk it 2 years ago that we'd be paying that amount of $ today for some crap ( I have heard the Wolf primers are good- chill out) cheap Russian primers.

WHERE ARE ALL THE PRIMERS??? WE ARE ALL ON ENOUGH WEBSITES, AT ENOUGH MATCHES, HAVE ENOUGH CONTACTS/ FRIENDS, THAT IF THERE WAS SOMETHING GOING- PRIMER CONSPIRACY, ETC. THAT WE'D HAVE HEARD ABOUT IT.

Supply and demand
A bad election
Some people freak
Supplies disappear off the shelves
More people freak
New breaks that primers are bringing ridicule's prices on the auction sites.
Still more people freak
Well this big dumb red-neck didn't freak. I shot fewer prairie dogs this summer, not really a problem as the local #s are WAY down anyway. Stopped by the local Sportsman's Warehouse last weekend and what do you know there are primers on the shelf....Not a lot of them and only Remington but hey @ 29.44/thousand I pickt up the 2K limit(a normal 6 mounths supply)
22lr shells are also scarce these days but there where bricks of them too for 17.99/500 so again I pickt up a couple.
Now if everyone would have pickt up what they normally use + a couple more this whole thing would not have happened but common sense has become a thing of the past I'm afraid ???
