case ejection - suggestions needed

hello;

rifle was purchased new. swithched barrels from 243win. to 308win. from the very beginning, this rifle has had case ejection problems.

now on my third extractor and third ejector. extracting a case from the chamber is till a problem, as @50% of the cases will fail to eject.

sent rifle back to savage to work problem, but savage's sayes the rifle meets spec. just sent a note to savage customer service asking "how can i fix the problem this rifle has always had". no reply from savage at this time.

to the members of this site, how do i fix the problem of case ejection??? open
to any suggestion. just sell it is not an option, i can't in good conscience sell the rifle because of its problem.

thanks for you reply. tried the over size ball (.140") with extractor #1. now on #3 extractor, still using the .140" ball.

Have a smith open up a 223 bolt head to the proper size.
Or send it to SSS.
