I use a 140 gr Sierra SPBT gameking in my 7mm-08. Shoots 2" or less at 200 yds. I hunt axis deer, hogs and goats with it. If they do not drop, they don't run far. I really like the bullet!

Same results with the 120 and 140 in the 7mm. I personally would have confidence in them. For the money on light skinned game they work.

You can go to Midway.com, bullets, look up the bullet you are interested in, and read the feedback from "lots" of people.
I find it very usefull and informitive.
Some bullets have hundreds of replys, others not so much.
FYI
Good luck

I am currently testing the 129gr Hornday SST in my 260. The load I'm currently at is 45.2g of Reloader 19 Federal 243 necked up. I'm getting close to 2890FPS. I would like to also try H4831sc because I have a bunch of it. I haven't tried it on game.

I use a 130 SGK in my .270 Winchester over 48.5 gr of IMR 4064. I have taken 2 8 points ans a doe at 225 to 325 yards in the last 2 years. I have not lost an animal with this projectile and all exited the animal with the exception of a high shoulder shot on a decent buck. The GK lodged in the opposite shoulder but he did not run so no worries. This load is consistent half MOA in a Remy case using a CCI BR-2 primer.

thanks to everyone for the reply, gamekings have always worked for me but I wondered if this being kind of a medium weight bullet, if it would open up on game like deer.
