Just wanted to give kudos to Savage.

I got a used Savage rifle and the actual trigger of an accutrigger was physically broken during shipping. It was a packaging problem. I sent it in, on their dime, and got it back in a couple of weeks--fixed without charge.

I just got done ordering the Varmint sear for mine.

I can't say I have had more pleasant experience, nice, professional, chatted a bit about Alaska and its weather.

I had trouble with my new 12 FV and it only took the CS rep about 2 minutes to send me a return label. He was very nice and sounded like he really wanted to help.
