Does anyone know of a company who is making .33 Nosler Barrels?

Or even a .26 or .28 Nosler?

4D Reamer rental will make you a pre-fit barrel with any reamer they offer.

They have all of those. They use Criterion, McGowan, and Green Mountain barrels.

Cost? I wonder if they'd make a short-chambered 28 Nosler for my push-feed Winchester M70. Then I could rent the finish reamer and finish it off by hand.

Shortening the Ultra makes sense in 6.5, 7mm and even 30. 338? I don't see it with the 338 Ultra already being short and everyone in the world building Edges. There is a reason there are a lot more Edges running than 338 RUM. Prettier brass maybe but the extra horsepower of an Edge makes it worth it. I just don't see it doing well. The Ultras were ALL overbore but the 338 is a lot better balanced and could use the FULL RUM capacity. It would be something different but there are tons of 338 RUM and Edges you can pick up in 5 minutes at NSS, CBI and other places. CBI has them cut in stock.
