Anyone have the diameter of the end of barrel? Can it b threaded to 5/8-24?

I don't think so.
Just measure a 22" 243win barrel and it was 0.58" = 19/32"
and a 24" 300winmag at .56" = 9/16"
at the muzzle.
I do recommend getting a Kahntrol solutions Clamp On Muzzle Brake – KSMB585
(https://kahntrol.com/products-page/clamp-on/ksmb585/)
They are very effective, and the one kahntrol clamp-on brake I have on a bull barrel (1" at muzzle) is the best at reducing recoil compared to other brakes I have.

If you cut the barrel back down to around 18", it will give you enough meat.

I believe you need .75 (minimum) thickness to thread 5/8-24. FWIW - I had no problem with a 10/110 Predator Hunter 6.5 CM. I'm not familiar with the 111 and I don't know what caliber you're shooting. Do you have calipers you can use to measure the diameter of the end of your barrel?
