But I'm thinking that even $6k to $9.5k -- not 10X times that -- would be too much.

Well, Horace Dodge was one of the brothers who made Dodge cars. In 1920 he was a pretty big wheel in Detroit. What would you pay if it had belonged to Henry Ford?
