I am looking for a new barrel for an F-TR I bought the other day in .308. I would like a drop in that is dimensionally similar to stock which I assume is a 30" bull. I want a 10 twist that is throated for 185 Juggs. I am guessing that would be about a .170 throat and would also like a neck that is tighter than SAAMI specs. It looks like there is no one that is making a cut rifled drop in which I would also prefer but there are some good button rifled barrels out there. I have been searching different sites but not getting much on this subject. I seem to remember that Criterion offered a tighter neck. Thanks in advance for information. The stock barrel I have is terribly rough. It reminds me of a Remington 788 I had in my youth.
