Can anyone suggest a gunsmith that works on Savage rifles in the Denver, Co area?

I spoke to Mike High Shooting Accessories- the go-to long range, precision shooting shop in the area and was told that their gunsmith "won't touch a Savage"
--IMO Their prices are high for smith work so I would be happy to hear about a good alternative.

Thank

What are you trying to do? I haven't had a Smith touch a rifle yet... Savage or Custom rig.

I agree with LW.....what are you trying to do? Barrels are easy to change and triggers are an easy install. The guys on this board can pretty much walk you thru just about anything Savage.

I want to have my chamber checked out. I am not getting the accuracy I think I should be. In the case of a tight chamber I would need to have it reamed out. Also I live in an apartment so I don't have a shop or even a vise. This being the case, even simple tasks like a barrel change I need to outsource.
