i found what i thought was a deal on an nef single shot rifle, it was really cheap and this should have told me something. the rifle groups very well the problem is it wont eject spent rounds. what ive done so far- removed the ejector cleaned buffed contact surfaces. i placed a small bb behind the ejector spring to give it a boost. it kicks unfired rounds out very well. i used some steel wool to buff the chamber. this has given me the result of when opening the action it slightly lifts the spent cartridge but its still stuck, before the spent case didnt even lift at all. the spent cases are bulged at the bottom toward the primer very slightly.

what i need to decide is what to do next i feel my choices are 1 hang it on the wall and look at it 2 buy/rent a finish reamer 3 send it to someone else to fix 4 throw it in the garbage. choose a destiny.......

5-send it back to the original manufacture and have them fix the chamber / extraction problem.

You miss spelled (business) lol
But anyway it sounds to me like your both out of business.

A funny story about a good friend who bought 2 very small 410 double barrel shotguns at a gun show.
A very attractive woman in a very short mini skirt was selling them at the show.
She had no trouble selling one to him. Problem was a while later he figured I needed one also.
So he went back for another look, I mean gun. So he brought mine to me so id have a nice little gun for protection
while in my camper. Of coarse after I paid him the $90 for it. They wouldn't work well when he tried them so I left him keep both.
After all, he at least got to smell the perfume. lol

The Handi-rifles were notorious for that problem. The only thing that helps is reduced loads.

say i never considered that. seems logical that the reduced recoil ammo would not expand as much
