Greetings, having shot and hunted most of my life, I have always been interested in getting into and learning to shoot long range (most shots I get currently are under 100 yards).
As a result, I recently picked up an old Stevens 200 chambered in 308 to build from. To start I am thinking of swapping the caliber from .308 to either a 6.5 Creedmore or 5.56/223. My barrel of choice is going to be a Black Hole Weaponry barrel, a MDT LSS chaise along with a few other changes.
Looking forward to talking with those who have done this in the past and who are currently undergoing a transformation.
