Here is my Axis .223 with Krylon OD and Black Marblelizing paint with Matte Clear coat.2157

Looks pretty good! Clear coqt is a good choice with any rattle can finish, I have found. If I could offer one criticism, I'd look for a way to keep the spray continuous on the bottom edge of the butt, especially around the sling swivel stud.
