My firing pin assembly rolled off the bench and fell tip-down onto the cement floor. It's not straight any more. It's for my Savage flat-back 110 long action with the large diameter firing pin.

Is this the correct firing pin or is this not the right length?

Luckily, for me, I had a new jeweled bolt assembly with magnum bolt head that I was going to use for a 300WM conversion. I took the small diameter firing pin and the bolt head retaining pin that holds the bolt head to the bolt body and swapped them in. I think I just need to check pin protrusion and I should be good. I'd still like to get the other bolt assembly functioning, though.

Thanks,

Tony.
