Was wondering if anyone can tell me if Savage has worked out the bugs on there feeding with the mag. or is it still a problem and I should stay away from it? Thank-you Mulie.

I never had any trouble with the mags in my A17 as long as you made sure it Clicked into the catch right

I lock the bolt back, then install the mag...

the new Butler creek A17 Mags work well also, 25 rounds in a hurry LOL
