Has anybody used these before on a savage rifle? I have looked at them and think I would like to try them, but they don't seem to make a kit for a savage rifle. I would like to use them and get them just sticking up enough to float the action. I will glass bed the action to fill in the gap to make sure there are no high spots in the inletting that can throw the action in a bind so to speak.
