It started Jan 2014 when I picked up a LA
30-06 on clearance at Dicks. Then I ordered a barrel from Jim @ NSS, then I got into the classifieds here...and it snowballed from there.
Here are all my builds to date. Just finished putting a scope and trigger on the last one last night. Some are custom barrels, some are factory take-offs.

Top to bottom we have:
1)280AI....my first
2) 6mm BR
3) 7mm mag (take-off)
4) Remage 6mmx55 Swede
5) 22 BR
6) Axis 243 (take-off)
7) 220 swift (take-off)
I knew I was getting close to having them finished but it was killing me not buying some parts from the classifieds to build other stuff lol

Just think, only five more builds and you'll qualify for the 12-step program!

They say admitting you have a problem is the 1st step, but I did not see an "admission" of anything other than building some nice looking guns.

Care to share some details on the 22BR build???

Thanks! Umm...Ive got a problem alright....and I can't stop. Lol

22BR is 26in varmint weight, 9 twist done by Apache gun works sitting in a Boyds Pro Varmint "Zombie" color. The action and barrel are cerakoted. I wasn't actually planning a 22BR but he had one for sale on his ebay page and I won the bid. All my other barrels he's done for me have been great and I'm sure this one will be no different. I've only broken in the barrel and haven't done any load workups to speak of.

Thanks guys!

You "may" have a problem if you are bidding on barrels when you have "no" plans to build a particular gun/caliber.

I may have a "problem" as well, I just purchased an Anschutz Model 64 MPR earlier this week so I can "try" my hand at ARA competitions at the local club. LOL. I told the wife I was going to "look" at the gun (it was a 3 hr drive to the store) Thursday morning, she just shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes. I was back home before she got home from work and when she asked "how many" guns did I buy, I just said one. The last time I went to "look" at a gun, I bought the FV12 in 223 and 204. I didn't tell her how much the 64 MPR costs, and she hasn't asked yet either. :o

Probably safe to say we both have a "problem" lol. It's the looking thing that gets me...gonna go look, ahh, I like it, I could do this with it...."I'll take it." That scenario seems to repeat itself quite often. Momma don't say much, but it keeps me outta her hair so she's good with it. 👍. You sir, got a nice rifle. I looked at it online. It's sharp!
