10/110 blueprint or CAD prints

Me and a machinists friend of mine are thinking about building a rifle from scratch. Does anybody know where blueprints or CAD drawing a can be found or bought?

Your friend is a machinist, he can do the drawings from an existing action.

Yes sir you are correct but I just sold one of mine and the other I use to often to tear it down.
