B&C stock

i was watching this video on a savage build, owner is saying the stock is the B&C tactical medalist, just to be sure if someone can check the video out. about a minute into the video he shows a description of parts, is that stock the B&C 2997, if so where did he find it for 209 dollars, or is not the 2997
