Today's the first weekend of college football! (Aside from a few games already played) Anyone besides me stoked for it? Favorite teams, predictions...anyone?
Hoping my mounties can put a dent in Mizzou's defense!

Although I guess I'd rather hear about blind refs than whether Kaepernick is going to stand for the National Anthem or will the police provide security for the games.:usa2:

College ball has too many teams to try and keep up with and until very recently (maybe) no real play-off system.:noidea:

I appreciate college sports and the opportunities provided to student athletes - just not a fan of watching.

P.S. - I feel the same way about soccer, hockey & basketball (pro & college) - though I do enjoy a good game of baseball.:yield:

I never really got into college level sports. Think that has to do with growing up and living in Ohio with all the Ohio State/Michigan crap year after year. I'll watch a Notre Dame football game on TV every now and then, but that's about it.

I'm not exactly sure why but college fb is just something I love. I keep up with pro ball some but college is far and away my pick.
Hey Rosco, they poured it on Charlotte the other day. Are you gonna come up for the Marshall game? Didnt know if you traveled for the games much or not.

This was a great weekend indeed. That ND and Texas game last night...slugfest. I was expecting the USC and Alabama game to be closer. But this is the best time of the year.
