Don't do business with Sharp Shooters Supply
It's been over a month and my extractor kit for my Savage 116 still hasn't arrived.
They won't answer phone calls or my several email messages, yet they charged my credit card for the product.
Here's a statement from the Better Business Bureau...which gave SSS the rating of an F
Factors that lowered Sharp Shooters Supply's rating include:
19 complaints filed against business
Failure to respond to 15 complaints filed against business.
Business has failed to resolve underlying cause(s) of a pattern of complaints.
This company has a pattern of unanswered and serious complaints concerning problems with the products or services as well as delivery issues. Specifically, consumers allege the company does not ship the merchandise which has been ordered and paid for. Consumers also report difficulty reaching the company, as they fail to return phone calls and/or emails.
Additionally, the company has failed to respond to BBB attempts to help resolve the matters.
