Model 10 Question (s)

I recently purchased a Model 10 in .223, the bolt has Tactical on it in addition to Savage. Serial number is F6800XX, barrel is 24" (heavy). From what I've gathered so far, it should be a 1/9 twist. Also has a blind mag. Any additional info would be great. Rifle is in really good shape.
