Bolt assembly question ?

Is it necessary to tighten the back of the bolt (bolt nut ?) as tight as it comes from the factory ? if so anybody know the lbf/sq in

No, regular tight works just fine. It doesn't have go go back on super factory gorilla tight.

Don't know the torque specs, just make it tight.
