Will this Millett picatinny rail fit a Savage Precision Target Action?

I cut and pasted the sentences below from an ebay ad. I realize this is made of T6 aluminum which is not real strong material but it will be on a 15lb bench gun shooting the very mild recoiling 20 Vartarg so I think it will be adequate. I would like to know if it will mate with the Savage PTA. Thanks!

Millett 1 piece scope base for a savage rh 110 short action rifle.
NOTE- this mount only fits rifles with a round profile on the rear mounting surface of the receiver.

Target actions are M12 short action. All the short actions round backs are the same. the ad you are showing list it as 110 short action round back and there is no such critter. The ad is wrong in at least one way but who know which way. Is it really a 110 or is it a misprint and they mean 10.

I'd have to check the package (if I still have it) but I believe I have that same rail on both my 12FV and 10FCP-K.
