Stockade Mule Deer Stock has Arrived

i have three stockade stocks. two are for centerfire and i sent him a .17 hmr years ago and he made a custom stock for it. my benchrest stock is perfect in every way. it weighs in around 20 pounds. my old .308 recoils none in that stock. my prairy dog speciel weighs in at 12 pounds. the .308 mounted in that one recoils none as well. now the .17hmr in his custom stock is still a nail driver!!!

I should've waited to post that. I figured it out about five minutes after I said that. Took two threads off works perfect! Hopefully going out tomorrow morning to put some rounds through it.

I had to shorten the front action screw in my Boyd's thumbhole varmint stock. I just put it in a bench vise and took a hand file to it. It worked great. I'm interested in selling the Boyd's stock by the way. Is there a selling page somewhere that you guys could recommend?
