Hey Folks,
I have a older 10 fcp-sr (the one that originally came with the accurate mag bottom metal) that I use mainly for paper punching. I am planning on upgrading the factory stock. But some of my consideration is how much work in-letting I may have to do that particular stock to fit that Accurate mag bottom metal. Does anyone know if there are stocks that are drop in? Maybe the Choate tactical stocks with dbm. Any help is much appreciated

The Choat inlet is for factory stepped bottom metal.

I had had to do a bit of work to get PTG bottom metal to work.

Any aftermarket stock that is inleted for factory dbm metal will be a straight fit for you. Just make sure it's the right hole spacing. 4.4" in your case.

I base my opinion on the idea that there is no inletting necessary when swapping the factory dbm metal to the accurate mag bottom metal. Even tho I had to shave some of the accustock aluminum on a FCP-K so I can fit a AM bottom metal. That might of been because they sent the wrong spacing bottom metal, so I also had to machine (elongate) the front action screw on the AM metal.
