Just wanted to express my many thanks to EGW for their fine customer service recently. Bought my 3rd scope mount rail recently and when installing it, had a problem with the forward scope base screw hole in my new 12FV action. Apparently some thread sealant, or just a buggered thread from the factory, but it cross threaded the screw . Had to buy a bottom tap to clean up hole, and EGW sent me a couple of sets of screws at no cost.
