I've had one for a few years now. I never realized how inaccurate my old beam scale was. I also got a cheepy Frankfort electronic scale to verify everything with. The Chargemaster is faster and much more accurate than my Lyman 55, a trickler and a beam scale. I reload thousands of prairie dog rifle rounds a year and it's just plain wonderful. For volume pistol rounds, not so much. I have done no mods, it just worked out of the box. It does occasionally overthrow just a touch, usually with stick powder, but it's easy to dump the charge back in and keep on truckin'. It does have a star crack in the reservoir from new but that doesn't seem to bother anything. Don't know why such a large reservoir though, maybe for the .50 BMG crowd.
