Yep. Same scope too, if it's 1.5x something.

:) Except mine isn't ported, and it's blued.

Of course, these are 1895's, but who's counting? :)

I have two - an 1894 Carbine and an 1894 Cowboy, both in .357 Mag.

Would like to find a .45 Colt in good shape for a good price.

Cowboy Action Shooting (which I participate in) has really driven the prices of pre-Remington Marlins in .45 Colt and .357 Mag up. Seems the .44 Mag are still reasonably priced.

yes.....44's are the most reasonable........lots of good ones available....45 Colt & 357's are more $$...

here's a 45 the original owner had chopped from 24" to 20"...got it NIB & unfired...what I do with them is tear them down...

polish the innards & make 'em slick as snot......change springs....this one turned out way super slick...2001 mfg...

Sold/traded off my two Savage 99's as I really had no need of them and they lost their allure once I owned one. Guess I was more interested in the chase than the prize on those two.
