Removing Ejector.

Trying to remove ejector from a Model 10 .223 rem.
Cannot take out tiny pin holding it. Help! Ideas please!

It can only be removed from one direction. I use a custom pair of vise grips that have a pin set in one jaw and a hole drilled in the other jaw for the pin to pass through.

Very small finishing nail!

A vise and a sandwich bag helps.

1/16 " punch & tap it towards c notch on bolt head.
