savage blind magazine question

im converting a stevens 200 from 243 to 223 for my child is the blind/ internal magazine box the same for both calibers?

so all i would need for the magazine is the 223 follower?

You'll need both a box for the 223/204 and the follower. Two other things. One you'll need the shorter extractor for the 243 and two, you may want to pick up a front baffle w/ the extension to shorten the rearward bolt throw.

I have all the bolt parts on hand I put a complete bolt together for the conversion but I can't find the magazine box for 223/204

JMHO ;-))...what You need for your Child's rifle is a Single Shot Follower. It will make your Child a much better marksperson, not to mention a lot of adults out there. One shot, one hit!
