Hello I am new to the forum. I was given a Savage 64F rifle from a family member. At first I had issues with the magazines feeding. I replaced the magazines and the rifle now feeds. The issue now is when I fire nothing happens. The ammo doesn't even show a strike mark. I had someone look at the rifle and they said the firing pin looks to be fine it appears to be the bolt assembly. Has anyone else experienced this? If so was it the bolt assembly or something else? Any help would be appreciated.
