Obviously not for my Savage but my AR. If anybody is familiar with this optic maybe you can answer a question I have. It comes on a removable mount which once removed it permits installation on a standard AR carry handle. I did just this and when I did, I noticed a brass screw recessed into the bottom of the body towards the rear of the scope body. Does anyone have any clue what this is for? I wrote and asked Burris but have gotten no reply. Thanks.
