Hi all,

I am thinking about purchasing a 2nd 6.5 Creedmoor and am considering the Axis, or a Ruger American. You may or may not know that the Savage Model 10, LRP, 11, has a throat issue whereby it is sometimes hard to load or extract the rounds. How is the Axis in 6.5 Creedmoor, any issues with this model?

Throat issue?
Considering the axis barrels are chambered using the same equipment as every other model one would have to assume if it's a problem for one it's a problem for all of them.
What's this throat issue. Tight I'm going to assume.

They have apparently had some throat issues on the LRP model according to the interweb. Wouldn't think it would effect the Axis models.

That is the issue in a nutshell. I do have the 6.5 LRP and do have problems with loading and extracting on occasion, others models have reported the problem. That is why I was curious if the Axis had any issues loading and extracting?
