Hey guys,
I know this has probably been discussed a million times but here goes....Im putting together a 22br and am nearing time to get my scope. Id like to stay in the 3-500 dollar range if I can find something I like. Ive got a burris veracity 4-20x50, and a 6-24x50 Vortex hs-t that I like both so far, but they are a little higher priced than that.
Lets see, I probably wont be shooting 1k with it, Ive got a couple other rifles for that, but Ill say maybe 5-600 max....99% of which will be paper. Of course when the time arises, groundhogs and prairie dogs will be targeted 😉.
I was thinking in the 20-24x range (variable of course), I like having windage has marks, I dont normally use holdovers as I prefer to dial but I don't mind them. Zero stops are really nice but not absolutely necessary.
I like the PA 4-14 but the crosshairs cover up a bit much for me for a varmint rig and the magnification isnt there. Mr. Furious did a review on the Burris Fullfield and it seems ok too. Ive looked at a few, just wanted to make sure Im not overlooking some options, brands etc...
Thanks!

Thanks Deano, how do you like the dot? Ive always kinda stayed away from for fear of covering the target.

I love them It is a really small dot with fine cross hairs, And they hold zero forever, I have them on 8 of my rigs.
