savage 10pc bolt knob torque

just replaced my bolt knob with a sss tactical bolt knob. when i took the bolt out it was extremely tight. anyone know what the torque spec might be on the 1/4" hex bolt? thanks in advance

thanks, i wasn't sure if there was a specific amount of torque required since i had to use a 12" breaker bar on my 1/4" hex socket with the bolt in a vise.
