Looking at a model 12

Looking at a used Model 12 in 223 caliber. It has a blue receiver and a stainless bull barrel which the front half is fluted. barrel is 26", The barrel has SP2 stamped near the barrel nut and below that is A199 and again A199 below that. Feels like it has the cheap black plastic stock. Not a manners or precision stock. Any idea as to the twist on this rifle. It hasn't been abused and is in decent shape. I see there is a lot of variation of the model 12 varmint, just don't know for sure what this one is or what the value should be.
