Hey all I've been working with a few guys on 65creedmoor.com designing a target for load development.

Not sure this is the best place, but it is a picture showing my work so... Why not.

Let me know what you guys think.

The orange is 2" the diamond is 1/4 inch with a 1/8 inch white. 12x18 paper

Any ideas or changes? It is designed for OCW testing

Bigger paper would be cool...24"x40" or so or 24"x24"? Maybe make the 2" diamond 3-4" and keep the 1/4" center but run the black lines to it.

My only issue with bigger paper is i then have to go to rolled paper, which is even harder to find in heavier stock. What I have now is essentially printed on what business cards are on. I've experimented with lighter and the image quality isn't as good and the holes aren't as clean.

I think for 100-200 yards this size should be perfect. At 200 it's 1MOA and 1/4 MOA markings

I don't want to sound like I don't care about your input. I'll run those changes by the guys that have helped decide this size and format. (one already had 300 on order when I get paper)

No problem...I do like the targets though they are a great idea and well thought out.

This is excellent! Will you be distributing these? I'm interested in having some on hand.

OK, got it. I wasn't sure. Honestly I asked for input to get input, not necessarily to sell them.

No problem.

FYI - I've been using freezer paper for targets, plastic on one side, paper on the other. Holds up well and stays together. About the same width as what you're using - you should be able to feed it into your printer. You get pretty good sized rolls at Costco fairly cheap.

Theres no shortage of paper rolls where I work...

I thought these were THE OCW target, so you're not chewing up your aiming point?

You know, aim at the center and land your group in the box?

They're free, too. You're welcome.

Care to sell me a hi-rez image of your target? Probably I'd modify/edit it somewhat and print it on 25X17" paper for my own use. E-mail me at jeffreybehr(at)cox(dot)net if you're interested.

I currently have two edited version of targets...
