Bison sell some barrels on ebay. From their auctions, I get the impression that they stand behind their work.

I bought one of his Ebay Barrels chambered in 30-06 Match. I paid a little extra to have him cut the tube down to 18" and thread the muzzle to 5/8x24 for a brake. I just got through breaking it in and it stacks factory Core-lokt ammo on top of one another. The bore is centered in the blank and the threading is absolutely perfect. I'd say you'll be good to go if you order a tube from him.

After my experiences with Bison and Apache, I see no need to spend the money on Criterion or Shilen barrels(even though I own barrels from both and love them). For the prices Bison and Apache charge, you can buy two of their barrels for the price of one of the higher end manufacturers.
