Will a standard 22-250 seating die work with a fire formed 22-250 AI case ?

No, I think you will need a dedicated AI seating die. I base that on my 223AI where I couldn't use my 223 Rem comp seating die.

Definitely not. The case to shoulder junction is too large in diameter to go fully into the die at seating length.
