I've been shooting my 10BA in 308 for 3 years now and I'm looking to get/build a 338 lapua next.
Since I already have the 10BA, I don't really want the 110BA because they'd look identical.

My question is... Is there any difference in the action for the 110BA, 110FCP, 111LRH or 112MT? These are all the rifles listed on Savage's site for 338 lapua caliber. The 112MT is a single shot, does that mean it won't work with aftermarket stock and mags?

I've been looking at AWT, XLR and MDT chassis systems as options and that will probably just come down to preference.

Thanks for the insights.

They are all the same, less the single shot/target action.

I believe since that receiver is not milled for a mag, it uses 3 screws as opposed to 2 in order to secure it to the stock. You could in theory just not use the middle screw, though I'm not sure the implications on accuracy. The rest of the actions/receivers are identical though.
