Took this down, because I have worked it out with the owner of the shop to my satisfaction.

I would be contacting someone higher up to let them know there employee made a $2200 boo boo. Don't think the idiot will have a job very long.

Definitely take it up with management, unless that guy is management, in which case you're better off not doing any business there.

Oh I am done doing business there. First time you drop the FBomb at me, in a retail setting... we're done

This idiot is the longtime (Friend of the owner) Manager.

We'll see how he explains this away since i've already emailed the owner.

There may not be audio on the front cameras, but who needs it when it captures 2-3 mins of hand gestures and arm waving, and the classic middle finger to me from this guy. Kinda hard to dispute that.

This was in Washington. TIl I get an answer from the owner I am not ready to out them.

That sucks I've had the wrong rifle come in a couple of times over the years. I've never had them get upset at me for their mistake.

Wow! Kinda sounds like a mom and pop shop. You might file a complaint with the BBB. Don't know if that will help get your $35 back.

You're a much better man than me. I would out them and then post anything they did to rectify the issue.

There is a gun shop local to me that's been in business for years . The owner and staff are rude and have a reputation for the same type of thing described . A friend of mine ordered a Smith & Wesson pistol several years back and they ordered the wrong model and kept his deposit of $150.00 . He ended up in small claims court and got his money also lost a days pay . He did it out of principal . They remain in business after years of their poor reputation .
