Two weeks ago, I emailed with Lisa at SSS about buying a new stock for my model 12 F class rifle.
She said they had one is stock, that could be ready in a week....and sent me a photo of it. She then called on the phone, and I gave her my credit card information, and she said she'd be calling me on Monday Feb 29 with tracking info on the stock.
I was hunting last week, but called her on Friday and learned that they are NOT accepting telephone calls. I sent an email detailing our transaction, and asked for a response. I have heard nothing, and calling again today, heard again that they are not accepting phone calls.
There MAY be a good explanation....and if so, I'm anxious to hear it.
I'm afraid I'm out $374, and am NOT amused.
I now wish that I'd investigated their BBB report prior to doing business with them....
