please tell me what is wrong with this rifle

Old dood , just read your old post and has wondering if you ever found out about that rough spot in the chamber . I have a Shilen barrel in 6mmBR that has the same issue with the rough spot and can't figure it out . Thanks for all replys , Jim

Pictures of the chamber with a borescope and a fired piece of brass might help. Maybe even a chamber cast.
