It's not a purse, it's a satchel! It messes with people's heads when you step up to the line and pull ammo out of a bag as stylish as that.

On on a serious note, I do need to get some better photos. Shot again yesterday to get some velocities and am surprised by the results. 2
different loads chrono'd almost the exact same. 2876-2908 and 2888-2908. I am going to load up right in the middle of the last two, seat bullets .030" off the lands and give it another shot. I would like to see low teens for ES but may have to tinker a little to get that.

Also shot out to 650ish, most at steel at 550. Shooting the heavies sure is fun in the wind. Seeing less than an MOA wind drift now when with the swift it would have been a 2+ MOA hold.

Whatever makes you feel comfortable about doing it lol. :p

Reading it on paper and then actually seeing the difference in person puts a whole new perspective on shooting numbers. Sounds like your sitting on a good build! Talk to LR about ES, he can give you his magic 260 voodoo powder thatll fix it.

A few more pictures, without the "satchel". 200 rounds down the pipe, today was 70 rounds of virgin brass, neck turned and capped with 140 Hornady bullets. Velocities were 2450-2500 so very mild rounds, seated .020 off the lands. Was not shooting great, but I got to spend a few hours laying in the dirt so I won't complain. The spinner was at 350 yards, it has been shot a lot but there were no holes in it before. I am now on the hunt for a couple of ar500 plates that won't end up like this poor spinner. It was fine for a couple of hits, but is I hit a weak spot they went straight through.

I shot alone and am starting to see why guys like muzzle breaks. I really had to concentrate to see my misses and I definitely did not see a few, especially at the beginning. I am still not ready to join the dark side, but the path became a little more clear today. Mild wind, 10-20 mph, across a small draw. Next weekend is Easter so I will be hard pressed to find some shooting time. Week after is a final tune up and April 9 will be my first match with the new stick.
