M25 walking varminter in 17 hornet to 223

I have a NIB 17 Hornet that was a gift. with 18 boxes of Hornady Ammo and Hornady dies. I really want a 223 target rifle.
can the M25 be re-barreled to 223?
Or is there anyone that would like to talk about a trade?

I do have a new barrel is a sporter couture 1/12 twist, what you b looking at for a 223 standard or and Ackley version?
