Cannalure on bullets

I was just wandering why the bullets with a cannalure are cheaper than the same bullet without.I am talking about the bulk bullets from Midsouth,I use a lot of them for my prairie dog shooting and always wondered why as it seems that the extra step would add to the price and not the other way around

Sex sells.... in the shooting world, there are two different spellings for Sex:
1) BC
2) Precision

Bullets that fit either of those descriptions don't have them. CAN a bullet with them be accurate? Certainly!! But you will never convince a Porche owner that your WV is the same thing as his 911.:cool:
So you can be a little... less precise... than on a ubber match bullet.

They want it to be cheaper to shoot Zombies with a AR15 with the green tip Zmax, the red tip cost more because these reloaders measure off the lands for their bolt actions. The sad part is the people with bolt actions end up being eaten by the Zombies because they don't have 30 round mags.

Bottom line, if you make friends with the Zombies then just pick the bullet that shoots the best in your rifle and don't worry about it..

Them zombie bullets shoot pretty good. I had to try them when they cost half.

I was surprised how accurate the Z-Max bullet is at "long range". I shot some 50 grainers out to 400 yards and averaged 2.4" five shot groups in my old 110FP in 223 Rem. My next test with them will be in my 22-250. :thumb:
